You ain't nothin' but a hound dog

I believe, the meaning behind this song includes a woman who is unfaithful to her partner. We get this idea when the song describes the woman as a "hound dog". And also says the words " well, that was just a lie, which clearly proves she has being lying to her partner. I think it includes the themes of betrayal and being let down, and is also a negative song and Elvis is singing about someone in a deragatory and aggressive tone, and is using slang tone.

Who wrote the song: Mike Stoller and jerry Lieber
